停車大聲公 was experiencing significant growth, and their existing IT infrastructure was not sufficient to handle the increasing traffic and demand on their platform. The cost of hiring additional staff to address these needs was becoming prohibitive. They needed a highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure, while also being cost-effective to support their services. The company also wanted to improve its disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities to minimize downtime and data loss. If the challenge were not addressed, the company’s platform would have continued to experience downtime and outages, leading to a loss of revenue and dissatisfied customers.

為了解決這些挑戰，停車大聲公與宏碁智慧雲端(Acer AI Cloud Inc.，AIC)合作，設計、建立和管理一個高可用、可擴展且安全的雲基礎設施。AIC Managed Services實施了一個基於AWS的架構，利用多個可用區和彈性負載均衡器，確保高可用性和可擴展性。解決方案還包括使用Amazon RDS管理他們的數據庫和Amazon S3存儲數據，為他們的數據提供耐久性、可擴展性和安全性。
為了提高整個操作的可見性，AIC Managed Services實施了Amazon CloudWatch和VPC Flow Logs，定期檢查是否有可能導致網絡崩潰的任何異常; 使用AWS Trusted Advisor檢查操作是否存在任何錯誤配置或任何不良實踐。同時，為了提高災難恢復和業務連續性，AIC Managed Services實施了AWS Backup來自動化和管理他們的備份，以及AWS Disaster Recovery來在多個區域複製其數據，以實現快速可靠的恢復。

To address these challenges, 停車大聲公 engaged with Acer AI Cloud Inc. (AIC) Managed Services, to design, build, and manage a highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. AIC Managed Services implemented an AWS architecture that leveraged multiple Availability Zones and Elastic Load Balancers to ensure high availability and scalability. The solution also included Amazon RDS to manage their database and Amazon S3 to store their data, providing durability, scalability, and security for their data.
To improve visibility in the whole operation, AIC Managed Services implemented Amazon CloudWatch and VPC Flow Logs to regularly check if there’s any anomaly that might cause the network to crash; AWS Trusted Advisor to check if the operation has any misconfiguration or any bad practice. To further improve disaster recovery and business continuity, AIC Managed Services implemented AWS Backup to automate and manage their backups and AWS Disaster Recovery to replicate their data across multiple regions for fast and reliable recovery.
AIC Managed Services also provided ongoing management, while regularly checking their system status and discussing if anything can be modified to improve the whole architecture according to their needs and remain within a reasonable budget, ensuring that the infrastructure remained highly available, secure, and cost-effective.

AIC’s ongoing management and optimization have also resulted in cost savings for the company, with a 30% reduction in their AWS bill and a reduction of 40% in manual operational cost.
